#2 NO REFUNDS.

#3 EXCHANGES: We will only exchange an item for the SAME item IF AND ONLY IF the item is found to be defective. All merchandise is inspected before it is sent out to any of our patrons. *NOT including damaged from shipment, personal carelessness, or being unable to use the material which is ordered.* For an exchange, we must be notified in writing within 24 hours of receiving the order. #5 SHIPPING: Shipping is offered via Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS (United States Postal Service) based on the weight of the product and the purchaser's zip code. **Please be advised - a case of JahWaters Bottled Water has a weight of 30 pounds. The shipping price will be affected.**
